What is a blem bat?+
A blem has a small cosmetic imperfection — a scratch in the stain, a grain mark, a finish freckle. Structure and swing weight match our standard builds. You pay less for looks, not performance.
How long does a custom bat take?+
Most customs ship in 10–14 business days after payment clears. Peak season (spring) may run longer — we confirm timing on every order email.
What payment methods do you take?+
Card, PayPal, and Venmo. Orders move into production only after payment is confirmed.
Can I engrave a name or number?+
Yes on customs and most gifts. Use the special-requests step in the builder or the order notes field at checkout.
Do you ship?+
Yes — continental US. Local pickup options can be arranged; contact us after you order.
Returns?+
Stock items in original condition within 14 days. Customs and engraved pieces are final sale unless we made an error.
